Game from the South Downs

The South Downs are a range of hills that cover 260 square miles of land on the south east coast. Not only does the best malting barley grow there, which we brew with, there is a range of superb wild game that lives on the chalk strip beneath us. Much of this game wanders around our brewery - and it's not unusual for the odd phesant to try and wander inside!
